Ordering from us?
- All our videos are in stock, if our site displays the product
then we have that product in stock. How do we know? Are new 'Shopping Cart'
keeps track of what is being sold and will hide any item from view once the last one is sold.
- Discreet Packaging with no indication of what's inside the parcel
- Discreet credit/debit card processing. Your statement will only show the name of our distributor (1imedia)

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within 2 or 3
working days of the date of your order, but please allow 7 working days.
The delivery times given are approximate and delays can
sometimes occur due to Royal Mail postal difficulties.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when
the products have been delivered to you.
All prices shown on this site are Inclusive.
- UK delivery is FREE on orders over £50
- All other destinations are on a per order basis at standard Royal Mail prices.
Security
Our Secure Payment page is handled by Secure Hosting a leading European payment gateway. Their secure server uses the highest level of security available. Their website software and secure server holds a digital certificate from Thawte that is compatible with most browsers.
When you enter your details on the order form, your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used. Furthermore, all data stored on our secure order server is protected by a firewall. All credit card details are kept encrypted at all times and only used when processing the order.
Payment Details 
We accept payment by: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, JCB, Maestro.
Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Delivery address
For added security your billing address must be the same as the address on your card statement. You may also enter an alternaive delivery address.
Confirming the Order
In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of any age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them. All orders are made subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Restrictions
Before placing an order you must be aged 18 years or over.
In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO Box addresses. We will contact you if we consider the PO Box address to be a problem.

Order Confirmation
After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you
summarising each order you have placed.
Once the payment for your order is confirmed your order will be posted to you in discreet plain packaging.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience
and disappointment that may be caused.
Shipping outside the United Kingdom
You should get your order within 7-14 working days. Please allow 14 working days before you contact us

Cancellation
If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order you may do do by contacting us at cancel@1imedia.com before they are invoiced and dispatched. Requests for cancellations recieved after 24 hours in busy periods, may result in the order being dispatched.
Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products
If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable to you: For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage
arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time
that our contract with you was concluded.
Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.

Seller Liability
The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods
within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
