- It is legal for UK individuals to buy hardcore adult videos and DVDs from overseas Web sites for personal use as long as the films feature sexual activity between consenting adults.

- No, all orders are posted from within the UK.
Are all Movies you sell legal?
- All models on this site and our Films are
minimum 18 years of age.
- We don't sell Films featuring rape, violence,
scatology, bestiality or animal cruelty.
When I play a disc, I dont get a color picture, but Black & White instead.
- A. Check the settings of your DVD-player. Most
likely, the default setting for your DVD-player is PAL. This setting can be
changed using the "Menu" or "Setup" feature on your player. Refer to the manual
that came with your DVD-player to find out how to enter the "Menu" or "Setup"
feature. In most cases, there are three options: PAL, NTSC, and Automatic.
Change the setting to Automatic. Your DVD-player will then switch automatically
to the format of the disc you've put in.
- A: This problem is related to the kind of
connection you use to hook-up your DVD player with yout TV.
There are 3 possible connections:
1) Composite/RCA/Cinch: a small, mostly yellow colored plug
2) S-Video/Hosiden: a small round plug with four pins inside
3) SCART: a big flat connector with 21 pins.
Only when you use a SCART -cable you will get a color picture when playing NTSC
discs on a PAL system.
IMPORTANT: You must use a fully wired SCART-cable, where all 21 pins are
connected. This is also called a "Full RGB SCART"-cable.
Contact your local dealer for this kind of cable.
- I went trough all the steps above and I still
don't get a color picture!!! Why O why?
Unfortunately, only recent PAL TV's (4 years old or younger) are able to display
the NTSC format.
Refer to the User Manual that came with your TV to find out if your TV is
capable of displaying the NTSC format.
What Region Coding is used on your DVDs?
- Well, here comes the fun part. All DVD-players
must implement region coding, but not all discs need to be region coded. So, to
ensure worldwide playability, all our dvd's are Multi Region (better known as
Region Free).
I have not received my order. Has my order been shipped?
- Delivery within the UK and other European
countries takes 3-5 working days, Delivery outside Europe 7-14 working days.

Can you ship using a faster method?
- All orders are being send with Royal Mail's
First Class Service.
- Unfortunately, there is no way for customers
to request a different shipper.
What are my payment options?
- We accept all major credit/debit cards
including: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, American Express, Solo, Switch and Maestro .
How will my package be shipped?
- All orders are shipped in sealed unmarked
packages.
- There is absolutely no indications on the
packaging that the contents are adult goods.
- We do our best to ship out all orders within a
few hours of receipt.
What will the charge look like on my credit card?
- The charge will be labeled on your credit card
statement as "1imedia".
- There will be no indication that you have
purchased adult goods on your credit card statement.
- In the event someone calls us in reference to
a charge, we do not disclose the details of the nature of the charge unless we
feel certain it is the customer that has placed the order.
Will I be put on a mailing list and receive e-mail or mail promotions?
- We do not send out catalogs, nor do we sell
any of your information to other companies.
- If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter,
